& use the following settings

& Highlight the some parts like as shown below

[30]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & after that set the 1 pxl Brush Tool,Open New
Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[31]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
