[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & then fill with ‘f4f0fb’ color
[3]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Rectangular Marquee Tool’ & fill with ‘fcfefc’ color
[4]-Now create the following selection & then fill with ‘09a117′ color
[5]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[6]-Now inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & then press DELETE
[7]-Now go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings
[11]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & your image should look like as shown below
[12]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Custom Shape Tool’ select ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[14]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ & inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & then press DELETE
[16]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok
