[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & Settings
[3]-Now fill the Background with the help of Gradient Tool like as shown below
[4]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[5]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘cfb270′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then press DELETE
[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & ‘Feather Radius’ should 3 pxl & then ok
[8]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[9]-just like above create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & after that create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[10]-Now create the following selection with help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[11]-Now press Ctrl+D & create the following shading
[12]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts like as shown below
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[14]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the following shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’
[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[16]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ like as shown below
