[5]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with #’9b0d0d’ color

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[7]-Select the ‘Custom Shape Tool’ website-template-logo-stock-photo-stamp-for-email-with-clipping-path10 & create the shape & press right click > make selection
& fill with White color.

[8]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
