Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop website template stock photo scissors cutting in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Using the "Pen Tool" draw a shape as shown below right click
select the make selection and fill that layer with #121212.
[3] And now create the following selection with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool"
then hit the delete key on your keyboard.
[4] After that create the following selection with ‘Pen Tool’ then go to
Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 1px.
[5] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[6] Now like this create the following Shading as created in the previous step.
[7] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush size see in the next image.
[8] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to whtie. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[9] Then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur apply the following settings.
[10] Then take the "Brush Tool" again press F5 apply the following settings.
[11] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to whtie. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[12] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
[13] Now like this create the other with above techniques.
[14] Create a new layer [this layer should above background layer] and then create a new shape
with the help of Pen Tool, fill that layer with #a6a5a3.
[15] Take the "Burn Tool" 
& then create the following selection with
the help of "Polygonal Lasso Tool" & then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.
[16] After that Cntl+Click the layer to get selection now move the selection with
Up Arrow Key, take the "Burn Tool" press Cntl+Shift+I, & now create the
following Shading as shown below now "D" select.
[17] Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J then Cntl+Click duplicate layer to get selection
then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise apply the following settings.
[18] Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur use these settings.
[19] After that create the following shading with the help of "Dodge & Burn Tool".
[20] Now like this create the other with above techniques.
Don’t give the Noise and Motion Blur for this shape.
[21] After that create the following shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool"
fill that layer with #625d57.
[22] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
[23] And now create the following selection with "Rectangle Shape Tool" then hit the delete key.
[24] Now friends I am add my previously creating ribbon.
