[7] Create a new shape with the help of "Ellitptical Marquee Tool" fill that layer with Black Color.
[8] And now add the following layer styles.
[9] Now create a new shape with "Ellipse Shape Tool" then press Cntl+T, now right click select
"Wrap" and apply the following settings.
[10] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[11] Open a new layer then get the selection now apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[12] Now take the Text Tool create some text as shown below.
