[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Using the "Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool" apply the following settings.
[2] Draw a shape as shown below right click select the make selection and fill that layer with #b30051.
[3] After that create the following selection with the help of "Pen Tool" then
go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 3px.
[4] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[5] After that create the following selection with the help of "Rounded Rectantle Shape Tool"
then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 2px.
[6] Take the "Burn Tool" 
& then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool do not "D" select.
[7] Now press Cntl+Shift+I, With the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading as shown below do not "D" select.
[8] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[9] Now Repeat step 3 and 4.
[10] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush size & then press F5 use the following settings.
[11] Now create a new layer make sure your forground is set to white. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[12] Now like this create the other with above techniques.
[13] Create a new layer [this layer should above background layer] and then create a new shape
with the help of "Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool", fill that layer with #dabe8c.
[14] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts as shown below.
