Today I am telling you about How to create Photoshop website template stock photo feedback form in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create a new layer fill that layer with #afbbaf.
[3] Take the “Dodge Tool”
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[4] Take the “Brush Tool” apply the following settings.
[5] Now create a new layer make sure your foreground is set to Black. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok..
[6] Now like this create the others with above techniques.
[7] Now select all shape layers now press Cntl+E to Merge Down layers. After that create the following selection
with the help of “Rectangular Marquee Tool”. Then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 1px.
[8] Then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur apply the following settings.
[9] Now like this create the other with above techniques.
[10] Take the ‘Brush Tool’ set your brush size see in the next image.
[11] Now create a new layer make sure your foreground is set to #f2093e. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.
[12] With the “Burn Tool” create the following Shading as shown below.
[13] Create the following shape with the help of “Pen Tool” fill that layer with #9d0b30.
[14] Now merge both layer then make the duplicate layer a few times with the help of Cntl+J and place it like me.
[Repat step 8] also you should have something like this.
[15] Take the ‘Text Tool’ create some text. [Repat step 8].
