[5] Now Cnlt+Click this layer to get selection now open a new layer.
Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.

[6] After that change the Blending Mode to “Overlay”.

[7] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with Black.

[8] For this layer add the following layer styles.

[9] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.

[10] Now Cnlt+Click this layer to get selection now open a new layer.
Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.

[11] After that change the Blending Mode to “Overlay”.

[12] Create a new shape with “Rectangle Shape Tool” color is not important.
