[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now draw a shape with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool" now press Cntl+T, then right click select "Wrap"

[5] Create a new shape with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool" color is white.
