[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create a new shape with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" open a new layer fill the selection with #b01417.
[3] Take the "Burn Tool" 
& then create the following Shading
with the help of Burn Tool.
[4] Take the "Dodge Tool"
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[5] For this layer add the following layer styles.
[6] After that Cntl+Click the layer to get selection then take the "Rectangular Marquee Tool" now use the following settings.
[7] Then create the following selection other the previous selection see in the next image.
[8] Now open a new layer fill the selection with #17186a.
[9] Create a new shape with the help of "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #d8d8d8.
[10] After that Cntl+Click this layer to get selection then press Cntl+Shift+I, now hit the delete key.
[11] And now create the following Shading with the help of ‘Dodge & Burn Tool’.
[12] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[13] Open a new a layer then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[14] Now like this create the others with above techniques.
[15] Use Custom Shape Tool and Draw.
[16] Take the "Text Tool" create some text as shown image below.
