[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[6] Take the ‘Brush Tool’ set your brush size see in the next image.

[7] Now create a new layer make sure your foreground is set to Black. Now create ‘Stroke’ with the help of
‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’ now select ‘Brush’ click ok.

[8] Now like this create the others with above techniques.

[9] Use Custom Shape Tool and Draw.

[10] For this shape layer add the following layer styles.

[11] Create a new shape with the help of ‘Rectangle Shape Tool’ color is white.

[12] Take the ‘Text Tool’ apply the following settings then create some text like shown image below.
