[2] Now open a new layer fill that layer with #111111. Then go to Filter>Noise Add Noise apply the following settings.
[3] Then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur> apply the following settings.’
[4] After that create the following selection with the help of "Elliptical Marquee Tool" then press Cntl+Shift+I
then hit the Delete key do not "D" select.
[5] Now press Cntl+Shift+I, then go to Filter>Render>Different Could.
[6] Then go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur apply these settings.
[7] After that this layer change the Blending Mode to "Soft Light" and set the Opacity 55%.
[8] Create a new shape with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool" color is black.
[9] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[10] Open a new layer then create the following selection with the help of "Rectangular Marquee Tool"
now Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this now "D" select.
[11] Now press Cntl+T, right click select "Perspective" now adjust nudes like me.
[12] For this layer change the Blending Mode to "Soft Light".
[13] Now like this create the other with above techniques.
[14] Now create two more shape with the help of "Ellipse Shape Tool".

take the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading as shown below do not "D" select.
[12] Now press Cntl+Shift+I, with the "Burn Tool" create the following Shading.
[13] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok & fill the selection with #616e54.
[14] Now create the following Shading with the help of "Dodge & Burn Tool".
[15] Create a new shape with "Pen Tool" fill that layer with #afad70.
[16] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight the following parts as shown below.

[5] Now we are going to be working with Adjustment Layers and we need to make a
layer mask with the design or text that we put in our newly created channel.
[6] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
