Hello guys I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d screw driver model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-Click on the Chamfer cylinder button and create a chamfer cylinder with the following size
Place like me 
[2]-Convert the chamfer cylinder into the editable and now select the polygons
Now apply the extrude polygons with the amount of -3.0 
[3]-Select the polygons and apply the bevel polygons with the good following amount as shown below 
[4]-Again select the polygons and apply the bevel polygons with the goood following amount as shown below 
[5]-I think your object should like this 
[6]-Create a cylinder now convert into the editable poly select the polygons
Now apply the extrude polygons with the amount of 1.0 
[7]-Now your object should like this 
[8]-Create chamfer cylinder with the good following amount as shown below now place like me 
[9]-Convert the chamfer cylinder into the editable poly and select the polygons now apply the extrude polygons with the amount of -1.0 
[10]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 1.0
Your images should like this 
[11]-This time create cylinder and two boxes now palce like me 
[12]-Select the cylinder and Boolean the boxes like this 
[13]-Now your cylinder should like this 
[14]-Import the bolt in my model collection and place like me 
[15]-Set the skylight like this with the good following amount as shown below 
[7]-This is final image of screw driver
