Hello guys I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d modern pda smart phone model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Rectangle" with the following size as shown below
Apply the extrude modifier with the amount 26.0 now place the object like this 
[2]-Now convert the rectangle into the editable poly now select the polygons
Apply the extrude polygons with the amount of -25.5 
[3]-I think your object should like this 
[4]-Create two more rectangle and palce like me 
[5]-Create one regtangle and Boolean it 
[6]-Place the chamfer boxes and chamfer cylinder in the free space 
[7]-Now Booelan the chamfer cylinder like me 
[8]-Create one more chamfer cylinder and place like me 
[9]-Create box and boolean it
[10]-Now your object should like this 
[11]-Create material like this 
[12]-Now this is final image of modern pda smart phone
