Hello guys I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d discount board model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-Click on the box button and create two box with the following size
Place like me
[2]-Create two more boxes and place like this 
[3]-Create plane and place like this 
[4]-Select the box and convet into the editable poly then select the edges and apply the chamfer edges with the amount of 0.23
[5]-After the apply the chamfer edges your boxes should like this 
[6]-Create one more copy and place like me 
[7]-Open the rendering palatte and and use the following setting create line like me 
[8]-Create text and set like this 
[9]-Create materials like this 
[10]-Set the skylight like this with the good following paramaters 
[11]-This is the final image
