Today I am telling you about How to create Photoshop Website template stock photo after rain in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now start with the colors white and black set as for and background go to filters -> rendere -> clouds.
[3] Then go to filters -> distort -> twirl apply the follwing settings.
[4] Then go to filters -> distort -> zigzag and set it as in the image below.
[5] Then go to edit -> transform -> perspective and drag the top part a bit in and the bottom part far out as in the image below.
[6] Then go to image -> adjustments -> hue and saturation and check colorize and drag the handles to blue colors like below.
[7] Take the "Dodge Tool" 
& then Highlight the following parts as shown below.
[8] Now I am adding a previously create my image also.
