Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d leprechaun leaf model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Box" with the following size as shown below   
    Create box like this in the top view port

[2]-Convert the box into the editable poly now selects the vertexes

[3]-Drag the vertexes like this

[4]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0
    Place the object like me

[5]-Create three more copies now place like this in the perspective view port

[6]-Switch to the line button and open the rendering palette
     Now use the below setting then create line like this in the top view port

[7]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter
