[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘03a3df’ color & then create the following selection
[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘42ccff’ color & create the following selection
[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[7]-Now Oepn New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘024a6b’ color & after that like this create the others with different color & create the following
Transformation with the help of ‘Ctrl+T’ & then press ENTER
[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[9]-Now fill the selection with ‘dbec45′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘026592′ color & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now fill the selection with any color as wish best & like this create the others
[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ feather radius of selection should 3 pxl
[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[14]-Now fill the selection with any color
