Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d website model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Chamfer Cylinder" with the following size as shown below
Create chamfer cylinder like this in the left view port now place like this in the perspective view port 
[2]-Apply the taper modifier with the good following amount as shown below 
[3]-Create sphere and place like this 
[4]-Creates cones and place like this 
[5]-Create shape like this in the front view port now apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 1.0 
[6]-Place the shape like me 
[7]-This is my material palette and creates some thing like that 
[8]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter 
[9]-This is my final result are you looking it
